Steamed Oysters with Garlic Chili Sauce
1.
Take the oysters out of the refrigerator, scrub them, and set aside.
2.
Wash garlic, millet, pepper and chives, mince and set aside. (The garlic and millet pepper must be wiped dry)
3.
Prepare a porcelain or glass heat-resistant jar, pour in dried chili powder and black and white sesame seeds. (Also do not have water) Pour edible oil into the pot, add minced garlic and millet pepper, simmer the garlic and pour the pepper oil, sprinkle in salt and chicken essence, simmer for another minute and turn off the heat. Pour the hot oil into the jar containing the dried chili powder with a large spoonful. Pay attention to stirring while pouring!
4.
Put the cleaned oysters in a pot and steam them with water. After the water is boiled, steam for 5 minutes and then take them out and put them on the plate. Remove the shell on one side of the oyster, pour the boiled garlic chili sauce on the oyster meat, sprinkle some chopped chives, and the delicious garlic chili sauce steamed oysters are ready, especially delicious. The umami flavor of oyster meat and the spicy flavor of garlic chili sauce are not too delicious! Hahaha
Tips:
1. Be sure to use low heat when boiling the hot sauce, otherwise it will be easy to paste. 2. Personally feel that black sesame seeds are more fragrant, so friends who don't like it can leave it alone. 3. A large pot of hot sauce is not afraid of how many oysters are steamed. The hot sauce can't be eaten at one time, and the taste is great when it is allowed to cool and preserved!
