The pangasius sold in the supermarket is thick and thornless, and it is easy and delicious to make. "

Steamed Pangasius

1. The pansa fish fillet that I bought is thawed and washed. Cut into large pieces, add scallions, sliced ginger, cooking wine, light soy sauce, vinegar, salt, wear disposable gloves and marinate for more than 20 minutes.

2. After marinating, put it on a plate. Don't forget the green onion, ginger, etc., and then evenly drizzle with a layer of steamed fish soy sauce, about 2 tsp. After the steamer boils, steam for about 7 minutes, not more than 10 minutes .

3. For the steamed fish, remove the excess water from the plate or change the plate. Add a spoonful of steamed fish soy sauce and pour it evenly on top.

4. Add shredded green onion and ginger, heat oil in the pan, add pepper, chili to burst out the fragrance, while hot, pour on top of the shredded green onion and ginger on the plate.

5. The finished picture is delicious and delicious.

6. All dinner took 40 minutes, and I was very satisfied, hahaha😃.
