Steamed Pears with Rock Sugar

Ingredients: 1 crystal pear, 5 or 6 pears for rock sugar, 1 small piece of tangerine peel, and a little medlar for garnish

Soak the orange peel in water

Cut the Sydney pear from 1/4 to the end, use a ball digger or a stainless steel spoon to dig out the core

Put the rock sugar tangerine peel and wolfberry into the Sydney pear
