Steamed Plaice
1.
The plaice melts first, then removes its fine scales and washes it clean
2.
Cut the fish in half (our fish plate can’t fit, so we have to do it twice), cut the fish with a flower knife, and then put the ginger into the flower knife
3.
Spread salt on the fish, then add some cooking wine to marinate for 20 minutes
4.
Spread green onion and ginger in the fish plate
5.
Lift the marinated fish and place it in the fish dish under the control of the soup. Sprinkle some green onions and ginger on the fish. Put it in a pot of boiling water and steam for eight minutes
6.
Now cut some shredded green onions and colored peppers
7.
After the fish is steamed, put on gloves and pour out the soup in the fish dish and remove the green onions and ginger from the fish.
8.
Top the fish with steamed fish soy sauce
9.
Shredded peppers and shallots all over the fish
10.
Heat oil and pour it on the fish
Tips:
I don’t eat chili peppers, so I use shredded peppers. If you eat spicy ones, replace them with shredded peppers.
