Steamed Pomfret

The pomfret is processed and cleaned.

Marinate for one hour with home salt, cooking wine, green onion and ginger.

Put water in a pot and bring to a boil, put the pomfret in a high heat and steam for about 8 minutes (the time depends on the size of the fish).
4.
Pour out the water in the pot after the steamed pomfret.
5.
Drizzle with steamed fish soy sauce and top with scallions.
6.
Put oil in a pot to boil, and pour it on the green onions.
