Steamed Pomfret

The pomfret is cleaned.

Make a few staggered stabs on the fish, put on salt and cooking wine, and marinate with green onion and ginger for 1 hour to remove fishy.

Slice ginger and cut green onion into sections.

Spread the sliced ginger and green onion on the basin, put a pair of chopsticks on top, and put the fish on the chopsticks. Put the water in the pot to boil, then put the pomfret and steam it on high heat for 10 minutes (the steaming time depends on the size of the fish).
