Steamed Pomfret

Choose fresh pomfret, the color is white and shiny.

Remove the gills and intestines to clean, and use a flower knife on both sides for easy taste

Put the green onion, ginger, salt, cooking wine, a little sugar on the steamer and steam for 8 minutes

Remove the green onion and ginger, add some minced garlic, drizzle with steamed fish soy sauce, and finally drizzle with hot oil
