Steamed Pomfret in Soup: Master Sharing is Extraordinary

Pick fresh pomfret.

Dispose of it clean, cut diagonally into slices, and wash.

Peel and remove the cucumber, cut into slices diagonally, and put in a steaming bowl.

Place the pomfret on the melon.
5.
Remove the leaves of celery, wash, and cut into celery beads.

Boil water on high heat and put the steaming bowl into it.

Steam on high heat for about 10 minutes.

Take out the steamed pomfret, decanter the fish soup, add celery beads.
9.
Bring the soup to a boil with salt, and pour the soup into a bowl.
Tips:
I will omit the final thickening step, the taste is the same and delicious.
