My brother came to Shenzhen to work in summer vacation. I spent a month abroad before. He said that he wanted to eat steamed pork with rice noodles, but the food sold out was not good. After coming back, I have been busy with this and didn't cook it for him. I just passed by Super today, and started cooking with both meat and noodles.

Ingredients

Steamed Pork

1. Wash the potatoes, peel them, and slice them for later use. Because the younger brother is going to make a work meal, he needs to reheat them, so cut them thickly.

2. This is the ready-made steamed meat powder that I bought, spicy flavor, just pour it out and use it directly

3. Dip the steamed meat powder on one side of the potatoes. Spread it flat to the bottom of the bowl. Once the steamed meat is soaked in the oil

5. The meat needs to be covered with steamed meat powder, but it doesn’t need too much. Spread the powder and spread it on top of the potatoes.

6. Because the spicy steamed meat powder is not enough, I used white five-spice meat powder with different colors.

7. After putting the water in the electric pressure cooker, directly put the whole bowl into steam for 30 minutes

8. It’s out of the pot, delicious. If you can finish a small meal, you can scatter a little chopped green onion before you start the pot. If you eat a few more meals, don’t add it because you need to reheat it.

Tips:

This is a very simple Hakka dish, don’t like potatoes if you don’t like it
