Steamed Pork

Wash pork belly with skin

Cut the pork belly into thick pieces.

Place the cut pork belly in a container, add a teaspoon of ginger powder, a teaspoon of thirteen spices, and two spoons of soy sauce, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Add steamed meat powder and two teaspoons of cold water to the marinated meat, mix well.

Put the mixed meat into a steamer with a bowl, turn on high heat, and place it on the plate for 20 minutes.
