Steamed Pork Ribs

Rinse the ribs with rice water and drain the water

Mince chives, slice ginger and set aside

Cut the sweet potatoes into large pieces, put them in the bottom of the bowl, and put the marinated ribs and rice noodles on top. Pour in the marinated juice and steam it on medium heat for 1 hour.
