Steamed Pork Ribs
1.
Prepare the ingredients in advance
2.
Pour the oil in the pot and heat it up, add the ground ginger, dried pepper, and bean paste and saute until fragrant
3.
Clean the ribs (I cut them directly when I bought it to save trouble), and mix well with cooking wine, pepper noodles, pepper, steamed fish soy sauce, steamed meat powder and homemade bean paste
4.
Peel and cut sweet potatoes into pieces (you can also choose pumpkin, taro, potatoes, etc. according to your taste)
5.
Put the sweet potato cubes on the bottom of the bowl, put the ribs on top (so that the steamed fat will penetrate and infiltrate the sweet potatoes), and steam for 1 hour in a steamer
6.
After being steamed, sprinkle with pepper noodles, cooked sesame seeds, and chopped green onion, ready to eat (it’s more delicious while hot)
Tips:
1. It is not recommended to use raw bean paste with ribs. Although it is convenient to buy in the supermarket, it is not as fragrant as the bean paste made by yourself (for the sake of deliciousness, it is recommended to make the bean paste by yourself)
2. Steamed meat powder can be bought directly in the supermarket, this is more troublesome to make, it is not recommended to make it by yourself
3. Putting a whole piece of peppercorns in the ribs will increase the aroma of the ribs
4. The bottom dish can be determined according to your taste: taro, potato, sweet potato, yam, pumpkin are all acceptable
