Steamed Pork Ribs

Prepare the ingredients, wash the ribs and soak them in cold water for about 20 minutes to remove and drain the water. It is recommended to change the water during the soaking process, which can effectively remove the blood in the ribs;

Add 1/3 bag of spicy steamed pork rice noodles to the ribs;

Stir the ribs and steamed rice noodles with chopsticks evenly and marinate for about 3 hours, turning them 2~3 times with chopsticks in the middle;

After the ribs are marinated, turn on the power of the steaming oven, select "F-1" from the function menu, which is the function of steaming rice, and press the start button to start preheating the steaming oven;

Pour the remaining steamed pork rice noodles into the ribs (reserve a little for mixing with taro), and stir evenly with chopsticks;

After the taro is peeled and cleaned, cut the hob into pieces, sprinkle a layer of steamed rice noodles on the surface, and spread it evenly under the plate;

Arrange the marinated ribs evenly on top of the taro;

Put the plate with taro ribs in the steaming dish of the steamer;
9.
Put the steaming tray in the middle of the steaming oven and steam for 45 minutes to get out of the oven;

After 45 minutes, take out the steamed pork ribs from the steaming oven;

Sprinkle a little washed and chopped chives on the surface to make it edible;
Tips:
1. Soak the ribs with steamed rice noodles in water before marinating to remove the blood and reduce the fishy smell;
2. The steamed pork rice noodles are added to the ribs twice to make the steamed steamed pork taste stronger;
3. Add taro and steam it together to relieve greasiness. If you don't like taro, you can replace it with potatoes;
4. It is recommended to wear disposable gloves when handling taro to prevent the mucus on the surface from sticking to the hands and causing allergies;
