During the Spring Festival, in addition to accompanying relatives, I also enjoyed many home-style specialties, such as meat loaf, meatballs, fish balls, steamed pork, lotus root ribs soup, red cabbage moss, bacon, cured fish, sausages, shredded beans, noodle nests, Hot dry noodles, three fresh tofu skins, etc. Some delicacies can be eaten all year round, and some are only available during the New Year’s and festive seasons. Every dish is endless. This time I came back and not only had my mother cooked it. I tasted a variety of specialties and delicious foods made by professional chefs. Among them, steamed pork was praised by many relatives and friends. I also like it very much.
