Steamed Pork Ribs with Lotus Glutinous Rice

Prepare the required materials. Soak the glutinous rice for 8 hours in advance. After washing the dried lotus leaves, soak for more than 2 hours. Soak the mushrooms in water for 2 hours. Marinated in cooking wine, salt, sugar and chicken essence for 2 hours
