Steamed Pork Ribs with Lotus Leaf Powder

Prepare materials

Wash the ribs, drain and cut into small sections for later use.

Wash the dried lotus leaves with water, then blanch them in boiling water for later use.

Add cooking wine, green onions, ginger, fermented bean curd juice, and pepper to the drained ribs and marinate for 30 minutes.

Put the steamed pork rice noodles into the plate, take a rib and spread it evenly on the rice noodles.

Tips:
1. Sprinkle some water after the steamed pork rice noodles are wrapped, otherwise the ribs will be too dry and not easy to taste.
2. It is best to cut the ribs evenly in size for easy steaming.
3. Rice noodles with steamed pork have a salty taste. Adding fermented bean curd juice when marinating pork ribs also has a salty taste, so do not add too much salt.
4. Wash the lotus leaves, it is best to boil them in boiling water, which is hygienic and convenient to use.
