Steamed Pork Ribs with Mushrooms

Preparation of ribs and dried shiitake mushrooms.

Soak the ribs in cooking wine for 30 minutes.

Take the ribs soaked in bleeding water, add millet pepper, ginger, oyster sauce, refined salt and chicken powder.

Tips:
1: Add starch and a small amount of oil to the marinated ribs, which can lock the moisture of the ingredients.
2: The surface is covered with plastic wrap to prevent water vapor from dripping into the bowl during the steaming process.
3: If there is no dried shiitake mushrooms, fresh shiitake mushrooms can also be used.
4: Put the ribs in the bowl, try to lay them flat, don't overlap. The steaming time can be adjusted flexibly by the size of the ribs.
