Steamed Pork Ribs with Salted Fish
1.
Wash salted fish with warm water and cut into sections.
2.
Cut the ribs into sections. Because the salted fish has a salty taste, there is no need to add salt. Sprinkle an appropriate amount of chicken essence, white pepper, and ginger and marinate for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, stir well with starch.
3.
Put the prepared salted fish ribs in a rice cooker and steam for 20 minutes. After steaming, pour some peanut oil on top and serve.
Tips:
Salted fish turned into salty, so this dish does not need to add salt.
