Steamed Pork with Fermented Bean Curd

Ingredients: Two-knife pork, soaked dried beans, Wang Zhihe fermented bean curd, steamed pork rice noodles.

Soak dried beans and cut into sections.

Two slices of meat.

Pour salt, cooking wine, steamed rice noodles with pork and fermented bean curd juice into a basin, grab evenly with your hands, and place them on a plate.

Put the sliced soaked dried beans on top of the steamed meat and steam it in a pressure cooker for 40 minutes.
