Twice Cooked Pork
1.
Pork cold water into the pot, pour green onion, ginger, cooking wine, pepper and blanching water
2.
After it's cooked, remove it and let it cool
3.
Thinly sliced pork and green garlic
4.
Stir-fry pork with hot oil in the pot
5.
Pour in the seasoning, add water and stir evenly
6.
Pour in the sauce, add the green garlic, and stir evenly out of the pan
