Steamed Pork with Lotus Root Noodles
1.
Prepare the raw materials, peel and wash the lotus root. It is best to freeze the pork belly and cut it.
2.
Cut the lotus root into thick slices, and replace the bottom vegetables with sweet potatoes, potatoes, or taro.
3.
Slice pork belly, add appropriate amount of rice wine and ginger slices, and mix well.
4.
Pour the fermented bean curd juice in the steamed meat bag into the pork belly and mix well.
5.
Then add the rice noodles, mix well again, and marinate for about 30 minutes.
6.
Put the lotus root in the bamboo basket.
7.
Arrange the marinated pork belly.
8.
The Midea steamer chooses the fresh and pure steaming mode, and puts it in the bamboo basket at 100 degrees for 50 minutes. When it is turned on, the steamer will spray water mist to ensure the humidity and temperature inside without drying the steamed stuff.
9.
When it's time to take out, sprinkle with chopped chives and enjoy.

Tips:
1. If you don't have a steaming oven, you can steam it in a steamer for 50 minutes, or steam it in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes.
2. The pork belly will be better cut when frozen for a while, and the slices will be evenly sliced. The vegetables underneath can be replaced with sweet potatoes, potatoes, and taro.
