Steamed Pork with Lotus Seed Pork Ribs and Noodles

After the pork ribs are cleaned, cut into sections and drain off the water. Wash the two sides with lotus leaf soaking water, and wash the mushrooms and lotus seeds to soak the hair.

Add some salt, sugar, light soy sauce, rice wine, five-spice powder, steamed rice noodles to pork ribs, shiitake mushrooms and lotus seeds and mix well

If it is too dry, add a small amount of water and mix the ribs with your hands to make them evenly covered with powder (even the steamed meat powder is fried with rice by itself, and then beaten into powder with a grinder, not too fine)

Spread the mixed materials flat in the middle of the lotus leaf and wrap them into a square shape (fold it tightly from left to right and up and down to the middle)
5.
Steam the pressure cooker over water for half an hour and you're done
