Steamed Pork with Millet Noodles

Cut the pork into slices about 5 mm thick.

Put in a large bowl, add soy sauce, Meijixian, five-spice powder, mix well, marinate for 12 hours to taste.

Wash the millet and soak in water for 30 minutes.

Put the marinated pork into the rice noodles, grab it evenly with your hands, and coat the slices with rice noodles evenly.

Add millet and mix well.

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into pieces with a hob.

Put it into the bottom of a large bowl.

Put pork on top.
9.
Put it in the steamer.
10.
Steam on cold water for 1 hour and take it out.
Tips:
1. Pork must use pork belly with skin.
2. Be sure to marinate in advance to taste.
3. The bottom vegetables can be added according to personal preference.
4. Millet must be soaked in advance.
