Shrimp paste is one of the commonly used seasonings in coastal areas of China, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. It is a sauce made from small shrimps added with salt and fermented to a viscous shape.

Ingredients

Steamed Pork with Shrimp Paste

1. Wash the pork belly and cut into pieces, put it in a bowl, and then add sugar

2. Add shrimp paste

3. Stir well, let stand and marinate for 1 hour

4. Add steamed meat powder and mix well

5. Peel and cut potatoes, put in the bottom of the bowl

6. Then put the mixed meat in the pot and press it for 25 minutes

7. Sprinkle with chopped green onion after serving
