Steamed Prawns with Garlic Xo Sauce

Prepare ingredients: Thaw sea prawns, prepare garlic and millet pepper;

Use scissors to cut a straight line at the link between the head and tail of the shrimp;

Remove the shrimp intestines, clean it, and then cut the thick shrimp meat with a knife, don't cut it;

Tips:
The garlic is marinated for a while to add flavor. The XO sauce itself is refined from seafood and goes well with sea prawns. After the prawns are processed, insert a toothpick into the abdomen of the prawns to support the body of the prawns, and the shape of the prawns will not shrink after being steamed.
