The whole process of steaming the shrimp in a microwave oven took only 8 minutes, including minced garlic, shredded pepper, and removed the shrimp intestines. If you use a traditional steamer to double the time, the advantage of steaming shrimp in a microwave oven has not yet reached the point of sweat (commonly known as distilled water). Tossed with garlic, it's really not greasy to eat, and the aftertaste is long~"

3. Remove the shrimp intestines, clean it, and then cut the thick shrimp meat with a knife, don't cut it;

4. The garlic is flat, peeled and minced, and the pepper is shredded;

5. Put the minced garlic in a bowl and add salt;

6. XO sauce, a little cooking oil, stir well;

7. Marinate for a while

8. Scoop up the marinated garlic and spread it on top of the shrimp;

9. Put it in a special steamer for microwave oven;

10. Cover the lid, put it in the microwave oven, and microwave for 4 minutes;

11. Then heat the pan, pour in the cooking oil, pour in a little soy sauce, turn off the heat, and sprinkle the millet chili shreds;

12. Pour it on the prawns while it is still hot;

Tips:

The garlic is marinated for a while to add flavor. The XO sauce itself is refined from seafood and goes well with sea prawns. After the prawns are processed, insert a toothpick into the abdomen of the prawns to support the body of the prawns, and the shape of the prawns will not shrink after being steamed.
