Razor clams are rich in protein, iron, iodine and selenium. They are cold in nature and have the effect of clearing heat and removing dryness. Most people can eat them freely except those with diarrhea.

1. Buy fresh razor clams and put them in clean water, drop a few drops of sesame oil, and let them spit out the sand
