Steamed Red Bean Dumpling Pastry

Ingredients: dumpling wrappers, red bean paste

Take a dumpling wrapper and put red bean filling on it, and smear a circle of water on the edge of the dumpling wrapper.

Then, cover it with a piece of dumpling wrapper and use a fork to press on the edge.

Then, put it in the oiled steamer.

Cover, boil and steam for 5 minutes, turn off the heat.

Open the lid and take it out.
