Steamed Rice Cake

Slice the rice cakes and arrange them on the plate.

Boil warm water and put in the rice cakes. Steam on medium heat for 12 minutes.

After the rice cake has been steamed for ten minutes, sprinkle some pepper and turn off the heat. Simmer for two minutes.
Tips:
The steamed one is sweeter than the fried one.
