Steamed Rice Cake

Wash the red dates, put them in the yellow rice noodles and mix well.

Add boiling water, stir slowly without dry flour, and let cool for 20 minutes.

Knead evenly with your hands.

Take a piece of dough and do the same as making a nest.

Do it all.

Bring to a boil on high heat and steam for 25 minutes. If the rice cake is big, steam it for a few more minutes.

When the rice cake is steamed, don't worry about getting out of the pot. Open the lid and let it cool completely. Take it out so that it won't be sticky.

The north side is a bit dry, so it doesn’t stick to your hands.
9.
Fresh from the pan, it is very soft and waxy.
