Steamed Rice Cake

1. The red dates are pitted and the grapes are dry cleaned.

2. Cut dates and raisins into small cubes.

3. Red dates and raisins are soaked in water for 5 minutes, then remove the water and set aside.

4. Stir glutinous rice flour, rice flour with water, milk, and vegetable oil, and let stand for 10 minutes.

7. Fry an appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour as dry powder in a pan, and stir-fry the rice fragrant.

8. Dip the steamed rice dough into dry powder and knead it smoothly, roll it into thin slices, cut into two pieces, sprinkle half of it with red dates and raisins, and cover the other half to compact it.

9. Then cut everything into two, smear half of it with red bean paste (if the red bean paste is too dry, add a little milk to dilute it) and cover the other half.

10. The piled up 40% noodles and 30% fillings.

11. Cut into small pieces, wrap in plastic wrap and steam for 10 minutes.

Tips:

Freshly cooked rice cakes have a better taste. If you can't finish eating rice cakes, they will not dry out when they are wrapped in plastic wrap. Eat them as soon as possible.
