Steamed Rice Wrapped You Tiao

Soak the glutinous rice for four hours in advance, and drain the water moderately. Put a cloth on the steamer, pour the glutinous rice evenly on it, and steam for 25-30 minutes on high heat. Turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Stir the glutinous rice well and let it dry until it is not hot. Take a piece of plastic wrap, put a layer of glutinous rice on the surface, and put some pork floss.

Put half or whole fried dough sticks on top.

Roll into a cylindrical shape or a long strip with slightly pointed sides in the middle.

Cut in half or eat directly.
