Steamed River Crab

Rinse the crab.

Put water in the bottom of the steamer, put pepper, ginger slices, and cooking wine. Put on the grate.

Pour the river crabs quickly onto the grate and cover the lid to prevent the river crabs from crawling out. Wait until the crab is no longer moving, add pepper and salt, and continue steaming.

Steam for about 20 minutes until the river crabs are mature.
