Steamed Saury

Ingredients: saury, sliced ginger

Wash the saury head, tail, and internal organs.
3.
Use scissors to cut into sections and place in a dish, add 2 tablespoons of salt.

Spread well and marinate for several hours.

Then, clean the marinated saury and remove it.
6.
Put it on the plate.
7.
Put the ginger slices and add some cooking wine.
8.
Then, put it in the steamer.
9.
Cover, boil and steam for 10 minutes, turn off the heat.

Open the lid and take it out.
