Steamed Scallops

Take the leaves from the green bamboo shoots and wash them separately from the scallops.

Place the green bamboo shoots on the bottom of the plate, place scallops (or surround the scallops with green bamboo shoots), and drizzle with Shanghai Tian’s signature bibimbap sauce (spicy seafood flavor)
3.
Put it in a steamer and steam it over water.
Tips:
