Steamed Scallops

Pry open the scallops and wash them.

Soy flour is blanched, showered with cold water, plated on scallops, and steamed on high heat for 15 minutes.

When steaming the scallops, prepare green onions, large peppers, dried radishes, and garlic.

After 15 minutes, put the scallops on a plate, separate the pot, heat the lard, garlic and dried radish and sauté first, then add the diced green onion and chili, and distribute the ingredients to each scallop. A plate of delicious steamed scallops is just fine.
