Steamed Scallops

You must buy fresh scallops and shellfish seafood. If you die, don’t eat them. They will be poisoned.

Wash the scallops and scrub the scallop shells under running water. Scallops are now farmed. They grow on reefs and sandy bottoms in shallow seas. They are dirty and must be cleaned.
