Steamed Scallops with Garlic Vermicelli
1.
Open the scallop, take out the meat part, remove the black part, rinse the scallop meat with running water, marinate the washed scallop meat with cooking wine for ten minutes to remove the smell, choose one of the shells, and scrub it with a clean toothbrush
2.
The fans are soaked in hot water in advance (a small handful is enough, I have a hot mind today, soaked two, which wasted some). Put the soaked fans on the cleaned scallops one by one, and then put them on the marinated Scallop meat
3.
Peel the garlic, flatten it and cut it into minced garlic, shred the sharp red pepper, and cut the green onion. Heat oil in a pan, put the garlic in a small heat and fry until golden, add a little salt and light soy sauce to taste, and spread the scallop meat. All the ingredients are ready, pour a little steamed fish soy sauce, and steam on high heat for five or six minutes. After steaming, add shredded red pepper and chopped green onion, and then top with sing oil
