Steamed Scallops with Garlic Vermicelli

Prepare raw materials, five scallops, and a pack of vermicelli

The scallop meat is separated from the shell, the scallop meat is removed and the intestines are rinsed, and the steamed side of the scallop shell is rinsed and set aside.
