Steamed Scallops with Garlic Vermicelli

4 scallops

Clean the scallops and separate the scallop meat and shell with a knife

Cut the garlic into minced garlic, soak the vermicelli in warm water for later use

Roll the soaked vermicelli with chopsticks and place it on the scallop shell

Tips:
1 The scallops must be cleaned, and the edible parts are the white meat and yellow parts in the picture
