Steamed Scallops with Garlic Vermicelli

The chilled scallops are thawed naturally, and the guts are removed to get the scallop meat.

Soak the vermicelli in warm water for about 30 minutes until soft, scoop up and drain; cut bell peppers into small pieces, mince garlic, and chopped green onions.

Add oyster sauce, steamed fish soy sauce, cooking oil, cooking wine to the minced garlic bowl, mix thoroughly and set aside.

The vermicelli is rolled into small balls and placed on the scallops, the scallop meat is placed on the vermicelli, and the garlic is poured.

Put it in a steamer and steam for 5-7 minutes, take it out, and sprinkle with chopped green onions and colored peppers.
