Steamed Scallops with Garlic Vermicelli

First put the scallops in cold water to thaw

Soak the vermicelli in hot water for 2 minutes and then soak in cold water

Chop some minced garlic, cut some minced peppers and set aside

After defrosting, remove the scallop meat and rinse it with running water, brush the scallop shells clean with a brush, and then marinate the scallop meat with cooking wine for a while

First spread the soaked vermicelli to control the moisture in the scallop shell

Then put the scallop meat on top of the vermicelli

Heat in a small pot and add corn oil. After the oil is hot, add two-thirds of the chopped garlic and stir-fry the garlic until golden in color.

Add the remaining 1/3 minced garlic, mix well and set aside

Tips:
Put it in after the water has boiled, and the steaming time must not be long, otherwise the scallop meat will be old.
