Steamed Scallops with Vermicelli and Garlic

Clean the scallops with a toothbrush

Break the scallops into two pieces

Remove the dirty stuff from the scallop meat and set aside

Wash scallop shells

Fans soaked softly

Chopped garlic into minced garlic

Heat olive oil, add minced garlic and saute until fragrant, add oyster sauce and pour out

Put the scallop shells in the steamer and put the vermicelli

Add scallop meat

Put the minced garlic on top of the scallop meat

Boiled water on top of the cage

Steam for 8-10 minutes

Tips:
The scallops can be processed and steamed for 8-10 minutes. If the time is too long, the scallops will shrink very small and will not taste good.
