Steamed Seafood with Garlic

Dried sea prawns and dried fish are soaked in water for about 10 minutes to filter out the water, and chopped pepper, coriander, green onion and garlic

Mix the dried sea prawns and dried fish with a spoonful of peanut oil

Lined up in a saucer

Chaotian pepper, garlic and all seasonings are mixed and set aside

Put the seafood dish in the pot and steam for about 15 minutes, drizzle the garlic sauce

Cover and steam for about 5 minutes, turn off the heat
