Steamed Sequoia Fish

Remove the scales and belly of the two fishes, wash and set on a plate, put 4 pieces of ginger.

Fill the pot with water and bring to a boil, put the fish in the lid, and steam for 8 minutes over high heat. (If the fish is small, reduce the steaming time appropriately)

Take out the steamed fish, pour out the steamed water, and pour an appropriate amount of steamed fish oil.

Add the chopped green onions.

Pour out the steamed fish in the pot, reheat the pot, add about 3 tablespoons of oil to boil.
