Braised Sequoia Fish with Carrots

The sequoia fish is slaughtered and washed.

Spread an even layer of salt on both sides of the fish.
3.
Cut carrots into thin strips.
4.
Pour the red cedar fish with hot oil in a pan and fry it.

Fry until one side turns yellow and turn it over. Fry both sides yellow in the same way.
6.
Sprinkle with ginger and garlic.
7.
Sprinkle the carrot shreds on the fish.
8.
Stir-fry the fish and carrot shreds and add proper amount of boiled water.
9.
Drizzle a little light soy sauce.
10.
Cover the pot and simmer over medium heat until the carrots and fish are cooked through.
11.
Just add a little chicken essence just before it is out of the pot.
Tips:
It is easier to cut carrots into thin slices.
Fry the fish first and then braise it with carrots, the fish will not be so easy to rot.
