Steamed Shrimp with Garlic

Prepare all the materials

Wash the green prawns with clean water, open the back with a knife and take out the shrimp thread.

The vermicelli is soaked in cold water in advance, cut into two pieces with scissors, and spread on the bottom of the plate

Place the opened green prawns evenly on top of the vermicelli

Cut the garlic into minced garlic, put oil in a pot and heat until 70% hot, add the minced garlic

Stir-fry until the garlic becomes golden brown and has a strong garlic aroma. Turn off the heat

Use a flour sieve to filter the oil in the garlic and set aside

Put light soy sauce, fine salt, sugar, and oyster sauce in a small bowl and stir until all are melted

Put the garlic minced from the oil on top of the green prawns
