Steamed Spare Ribs with Flavored Tempeh

Wash the small ribs and soak in water for 30 minutes in bleeding water.

Squeeze out the water.

Peel garlic and chop into garlic paste.

Sweet noodle sauce and flavored tempeh are not salty. Sweet noodle sauce has a sweet taste, so add some salt to taste.

Put the ingredients in the main ingredient in a deep-mouth dish. Adding corn starch can make the ribs steamed very smooth and tender.

Grab it evenly with your hands and marinate for 1-2 hours to taste. I usually marinate it at noon and steam it at night.

Bring water to a boil, put in the ribs and steam for 30-40 minutes. My family likes to separate the flesh with one bite, usually just 40 minutes of steaming.
