Steamed Tofu with Millet Pepper

Soak the water tofu in brine for at least half an hour.

Millet pepper cut into circles.

Add chopped green onion.

Add peanut oil, soy sauce, and a little salt.

Cut the tofu into small pieces and arrange it on the plate. Use a knife to make a vertical knife on the tofu, two-thirds deep, which is convenient for tasting.

Put the chili mixture on the water tofu and steam for ten minutes.

Out of the pot, it's very delicious.
