Steamed Tofu with Minced Meat

Prepare ingredients

Cut the tofu into 1 cm large pieces and put them on the plate for later use

Mince green onion and ginger, mince pepper, mince pork

Heat oil in a wok, add green onion and ginger until fragrant, add minced meat and stir-fry until white

Pour in cooking wine, soy sauce, add a little water and salt

Pour on tofu

Add water to a boil in a steamer, add tofu and steam for 10 minutes

Open the lid and sprinkle with minced green and red pepper
