Steamed Tofu with Minced Meat and Seasonal Vegetables

The main material required.

Add a spoonful of oyster sauce, some light soy sauce and a spoonful of starch to the minced meat and mix well by hand.

Put water in a pot and bring to a boil, and scald the diced peas, green and red peppers and radish.

Cut the tofu horizontally into two halves, and then cut the two halves into four small pieces for a total of 8 pieces.

Put the tofu cubes on the plate.

Fill the surface of each piece of tofu with an appropriate amount of minced meat.

Put an appropriate amount of water on the pot and bring to a boil, add the tofu and cover tightly, and steam over high heat for about 10 minutes before being out of the pot.

Take out the steamed tofu, and fill the surface of each piece of tofu with hot side dishes.

Then pour in some light soy sauce, and then pour in hot oil or sesame oil.

The finished product can be eaten by sprinkling an appropriate amount of pepper.
