Steamed Turbot

Wash the fish, drain the water, and put it into a bowl! Spread salt and soy sauce on top and marinate for 7-8 minutes! Sprinkle the chopped garlic and ginger on the fish!

Add chopped peppers, add some chicken essence, MSG, oyster sauce, cooking wine, corn oil

Add half a pot of water to a boil

Put the fish in the pot and steam for about 8 minutes!

Sprinkle with chopped green onion
Tips:
Can not be steamed for too long, the fish tends to grow old
